We enjoyed the flavor and ease of use . They are so big you can cut in half and use later . There was no mess to clean up ..just took out our delicious salmon and then tossed flavor bag away . Very good in either oven or the grille !

They are expensive but so is good salmon. Used these for a party and several folks, including my hubby, who hate salmon tried it and raved about it. It was moist, flakey and delicious. All we did was place 2 rosemary sprigs and a few very thin lemon slices on the top before placing on the grill.

This is a great product, especially for use indoors during the winter when it's too cold to cook outside on the grill. The flavor of the smoke is exceptional and provides true flavor!! The only thing I think should change would be the size should be offered in larger dimensions and the price should be less a bit less. All in All - I do recommend this product as I use them often because they are great for BOTH indoor and outdoor usage with the same great on the grill or in the oven!

Just got these and used one today for a slab of pork ribs. The instructions on the bag simply said 475 degrees in the oven for 1.5 hours but being the skeptic that I am, i googled suggestions made by other users. Sooo, I cooked the ribs for 4 hours on 275 degrees. Yall! Falling off the bone is an understatement!!! These things could be eaten with a spoon and without teeth!! Being a true southerner, I was ready to hold one between two fingers and do some gnawingat least a little anyway! And to top it off I think the smoky flavor waned and wafted away from being in the oven TOO LONG because the first couple hours they smelled so good..,.I thought maybe my nose had just grown accustomed to the Smell after that but no. Pretty sure Im right about the flavor being overkilled. Oh well. At least I know what NOT to do next time. Next time Im sticking with the instructions on the bag and putting this dang phone out of reach!! Oh yeahglad I had the good sense to put heavy duty foil on the oven rack cuz like I figured would happen, the meat juices partially leaked out and dropped onto the foil. In fact next time Ill even use a cookie sheet under the bag. Tomorrow Im gonna try a brisket in one of the bags. Surely I wont pulverize it now that I know what Im doing lol. Good luck yall!
