Even though it didn't work in the application I tried to use it in It wasn't it's normal application.. But this set stuff sets up very strong very durable.. That's too extreme twisting torque, It didn't fare so well... I tried gluing T40 torx bit into the socket that was stripped... That's really not the proper application. For patching pipe or applications like that yeah this stuff sticks amazing and when dried has a very durable finish... Like maybe for a car fender application rust spot filler.. this stuff is like Bondo on steroids. .

I used this product to repair a mirror assembly bracket on BMW motorcycle. Just needed the internal aluminum bracket that snapped when I had a minor booboo. Tried a two part generic epoxy that worked for a short cup of coffee. Ordered this product and the bracket is as good new. Have bumped it a few times in my small garage and still solid. Also used it on an aluminum werner step stool. Used it multiple times in my work for the last couple of months. Solid solid solid. Easy to use but make sure you have disposable shop (paper) towels handy. It sticks to anything it touches but wipes up easily before it cures. Best metal epoxy I have ever used. Strongly recommend this product.

I bought this to compare with JB Weld which is an old favorite of mine. I'd say it's a bit thinner than JB Weld, and the twin tube applicator is not my favorite method because of possible catalyst touching resin and doing what it does. Plus getting the same amount from both tubes was difficult. I had a hard time squeezing out the lighter colored tube (not sure which is which), while the gray material wanted to flow much easier. I had a hard time getting the same amount into the little bowl I was using, and much prefer JB Weld's two tube method. Maybe it was because it was cooler outside and the material was stiff, don't know. It was in the 50's outside while i was using this, so I think the reaction time was slowed down, but as any epoxy will do, as it kicked, it got progressively harder to spread. I probably should have broken the job into two pieces, but as it was, I was able to finish. The epoxy hardened just like you'd expect, and as far as I can tell it should hold like you'd expect it to. I haven't tried it with a structural repair yet, but will once the weather warms up. Overall, I don't think this was a bad purchase, but in the future, I'll probably just get JB Weld.
