The connectors sometimes do not make great contact with the wires, even though the plastic clamp is fully closed around the wire. Had intermittent issues that I resolved by removing these wire splicers. The metal inside of the plastic falls out if you try and remove the connector from a wire. Not the best tool for the job.

I totally rewired my sound system in my 2003 Toyota 4 runner. I purchased this brand because the price was too good to be true. While I didnt expect good quality due to price. I was totally wrong. These things were excellent. Easy to use and allowed splice numerous wires without tape and twisters. Only advice is to use the right connection color for the appropriate wire gauge. Also use needle nose pliers to apply force when connecting to ensure its secure. Overall great quality with a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

I have been looking for a product like this for awhile! I had been using another type where one side goes all the way through while the 2nd wire goes into splicer but the same direction- not in a "T." I find this design better. I didn't read or see in a video about this product, but I found out that you can mix colors of the different sized connectors and they still work! I spliced a car horn into an existing horn and the original spliced wire needed a bigger t-tap than the spade side. It works fine. If you had to use the largest spade (yellow) with the smallest t-tap (red) it still works well, but you might want to wrap the spade side in electrical tape- the one combination that doesn't really "click" into place. See attached photos. My one wish is that this kit came in a 1/2 size. I will never use 120 connectors- but it did make it fun to cut a few of the t-taps in half so I can show how the different sizes work!

Works well, very convenient and easy to use!

These have replaced the old style splicers in my tool box. Easy to install and love the fact you can hook up or disconnect the wires after the splicer has been made.
