YOPIKUU Orchid Pots are sturdier than I expected with lots of nice big drainage holes and saucers (see pic.) These 4 orchid pots are a good size for potting keikis and orchid divisions. The clear pots make it easy to watch rooting take place and to keep an eye out for fungus, algae, or pest issues. I like these orchid pots and would buy them again.

I have 2 small orchids that I've been wanting to take out of the original little pots they came in. I saw these plastic orchid pots and decided to test them out. It comes with 8 pots and 8 saucers. I am happy with the quality of these. The plastic is sturdy and I don't feel like they will crack down the road. They have an adequate amount of holes for air circulation and drainage. I also like that these come with the saucers to keep any dripping water contained. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these little pots.

These pots are a size that has been hard for me to find; they're a bigger than the smallest size pots that commercial orchids often come in, and smaller than the next size usually offered. So I'm happy that when I repot my smallest orchids that I don't have to put them in pots that seem too big. The holes for aeration in the sides of the pot are a little bigger than ideal. Not a deal-breaker, but the smaller the orchids are, the finer the bark I tend to use, and the fine bark I have on hand would definitely be leaking out the sides. Aside from the holes being a little large, these are nice quality plastic pots. They don't have any rough edges and the holes are uniformly clean. If you like to use coarse bark, these are good bet for small orchids.

I didn't realize I ordered 4" pots. I thought I was getting 3, 4, 5 & 6. That's on me. I should have read before placing my order. I have ordered many clear pots over the last few months. Some were great, some not so much. If you have taken the time to price out the cost of clear pots, you'll know that they can get pricey, especially if they are geared towards a certain type of plant. In this case, orchid's. Another expensive planter is those geared towards semi hydro. Let me start off by saying that I do not have any semi-hydro growing systems happening at my home. Yet. It's something I want to do in the future but haven't had time, money or enough research in order to do so. Right now, I'm just using my own mixed substrate. I only have 1 orchid but I do have other plants that would benefit from being in an orchid pot to help with drainage as well as letting the roots aerate. These pots are actually pretty great. They aren't thin, flimsy plastic I was expecting at the price point it was listed at. At the time of ordering, they were $8.99 for 8 pots and saucers. That is a great deal. The holes in the sides are uniform. None of them are distorted. They are thicker than most clear pots but still clear. The saucers are just as thick and sturdy. Despite receiving small pots that I didn't really need, they are still nice and I'm happy with them. Definitely recommend.

This is a good quality set of orchid pots and saucers. Each pot had good quality. There were no improperly cut holes, variations in sizes, or other defects in any of the pots. The pots are of a medium thickness that should last for several growing seasons without losing strength. Each pot has a respectable number of well-placed holes throughout the sides and bottoms. For orchids like cattleya orchids or phalaenopsis orchids who like air around their roots, these pots should provide a good growing environment. The pots held an orchid potting mixture of medium bark, Chilean sphagnum moss, and perlite with minimal spillage. The raised area at the bottom of the pot is an excellent feature. This raised area should promote drainage and help prevent root rot. These pots would be a good addition to any orchid growers set of supplies.
