Works like it should, no leaks, great price

Like I said in the title, this timer works exactly like it should, exactly as it is described, it does not leak, and is a great price. Very easy to set up and I like how you can use manual watering mode if you need to without changing any other settings. There are definitely more intricate timers out there, but I just wanted a simple timer that could water either multiple times a day, or every other day, and this timer can do exactly that. 5 stars, and I would recommend to friends and other shoppers.

NOT FOR CORROSIVE CHEMICALS! Water only

I bought this timer to try to rig up an automatic liquid chlorine doser for our pool. This just wasnt the right product for that purpose. There is a metal spring that opens and closes the valve, and it was shot in a matter of days. This was my mistake and nothing wrong with the product itself. With that said, it was really easy to set and worked well until the 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite solution ate away the spring. It did not leak and opened when I told it to open. I would recommend this product for water but not corrosive chemicals.

I have automated watering my yard as i am to cheap to spend thousands on a full blown sprinkler system. These timers are simple to setup and help keep the yard looking green and lush. The ability to select the time, duration and how often, helps to keep water pressure at its peak and allow for the best water delivery needed. Being able to easily turn off the unit if its going to rain or on the 100 degree days hit the manual button and walk away knowing that it will water for 20 minutes or adjust the time to your desired length is a great function.
