I compared this rain gauge side by side with a AcuRite rain gauge. I think the AcuRite is more apt to be correct since weather measurement is their business. This rain gauge reported 32% more rain than the AcuRite. Just be aware that it may not reflect the actual rainfall which is the only reason we even look at a rain gauge.

It's a good product with easy to read markings. The only issue I have is that gauge slides all the way down to the mounting bracket so if you mount it on a fence the gauge won't be higher than the top of the fence and you won't get an accurate reading

This rain gauge came quickly and was exactly as described. This gauge stands out because of its clear, easy-to-read numbers, quick mounting, and removable plastic tube. Some rain gauges make it difficult to empty the water after a rain -- this one easily slips out of its sturdy holder. I would recommend this Krijuess Rain Gauge as a better option than others.

This is a simple tube rain gauge supplied with a metal mount that is intended to be screwed to a wooden fence or post using 2 supplied screws. The rain gauge itself just slips into this mount and is not held in place by anything other than gravity. We affixed it to a chain link fence post using some wire, making sure it was level. Unlike other rain gauges we have had in the past, this one lacks a float or other visible indicator that would make reading rainfall amounts easier from a distance. I don't have a lot of confidence that the plastic from which it is made will last over the long term, but we'll see. For now, I consider it an adequate and accurate rain gauge, but it could have been made better.

Mine arrived rattling and I knew that wasn't good. It was lightly bubble-wrapped but not in a protective box. It is a hard plastic rain canister. The rest looks ok.... I will try to glue it together and use it anyway.
