This is great size for the price. Looks well made and GREAT color!

They are light weight plastic, come in beautiful shinny vibrant colors, a wide range of sizes, and note - the inner pot doesn't have a handle or pour spout which some people perfer for ease of bottom watering. I don't use them soley as bottom water containers unless I am traveling and even then I don't take the liner out to fill the pot. I simply water around the edge of the plant until the little window at the bottom of the pot is full with water. The little window is so helpful to me to see that drainage is happening. As a top water'er as soon as I see water [I'll tilt it sometimes to see better] come into the window's view I know my plant still has good drainage and is not sitting in water planning it's slow demise via root rot. This has really helped me not over water and learn the needs of each plant because "timed/scheduled" watering was not working for me. Yes, I do water as needed but again I don't bottom water, leaving water in the base unless I'm away or I've learned that my plant needs more watering than my usualy weekly watering rounds. Many people say they get green stuff [algae?] in the window, but I haven't had that issue as 90% of the time excess water is not sitting in the bottom of my pot. I don't like roots growing through the holes [repot surprises] so I've put a thin mesh cloth in some pots [letting the material hang over the edge adding a pop of color, so when the plant comes out, it's roots are in tact within the mesh and not torn or stuck in the inner liner. Without having the water measure sticking out [not a fav of mine], these pots are beautiful to look at in any direction and can add to your home decor, while rotating plants for universal growth. They are lightweight but stabilize and sit nicely with plants and dirt inside, and you can use them straightout of the box no real assembly required. However, I do recommend to take the inner pot out just to see how it fits and always remember to pick up your pots with two hands one securely on the bottom.

It's perfect for what I want it for. It is nicer than what I expected. I will be ordering more.

I wasn't sure if I wanted this pot or not but I am glad I decided to get it. The color is so pretty and I like that I don't have to worry about over watering my Christmas Cactus. It's more than a dollar store pot but the quality shows. If you don't have rocks for the bottom, just put 2 coffee filters in before you add the dirt. Works perfect.
