Looks like good quality wire and easy-to-use connectors

This is essentially the same as another that I recently tested. The wire is rated for this purpose (TUV H1Z2Z2-K) and the outgoing wire is a gauge higher than the two incoming wires, which is what I would expect. The junction "box" has IP68 molded into it, but I have no way to verify that other than out it outside and see if it leaks over time. Same with UV resistance. The MC4 connectors are easy to connect and remove without tools. They have retainer tangs, as they should, but they have tabs you can press with your hands to release them. This is great for situations, like camping, where you need to take the conenctions apart and pack up at some point. It's easy to lose small tools like the ones for releasing MC4 connectors, and I doubt most people carry two small screwdrivers with them all the time (maybe two multitools). As long as they hold up in wet weather and don't degrade over time, these will be my go-to combiners for portable solar panels.

These were perfect for tying my two solar systems together on my garden shed. In my finite wisdom, bought a solar kit, realized it wasn't enough, bought another, and then forgot to order the proper connectors. Up to this point, I have been running 2 completely separate systems, with separate batteries, fuses, and controllers. I finally had enough with trying to manage my power consumption so carefully and rewired everything. this was super easy plug and play, and I have now doubled the efficiency of my system as well as the storage capacity, just from one little cable.

This was a great purchase for me. The cable and sheathing are very sturdy and durable. The connectors had seals that look to be good quality. The snapping function worked flawlessly - good snug fit, but still easy to disconnect. The operation worked as intended, I was able to connect both panels to a single output. Much easier than purchasing the connectors and wire and putting them on myself. The price was pretty good on these at the time. I'd purchase these again.
