The suction works great and it attracts many hummingbirds!

Horrible design, too large! Suction will not hold to window.

These are larger than the previous ones I have had and come with a extra metal support.

While this is a nice hummingbird feeder and they LOVE sitting in the perch, you have to use the enclosed metal support otherwise the weight of the water is too much and it spills.

i do not trust nor have a good place to use the suction cups, so i place this feeder on a flat plastic basket thing that is designed to support paper plates, and use the three long tubes and upper hook of a plastic hanging plant basket; the u-shaped clips at the bottom ends slip onto the flat plastic basket thing. you could also use the whole plant basket, just put something on the top to hold the feeder. this is SO much easier to clean than those tall bottles with a tiny hole that you can hardly even get a skinny brush in but still can't hit all the spots mold can form. with this one, just open it, wash it out like a saucer, and refill it! i also clipped a red artificial flower to the hanging rods. i just got a new one; old one was wearing out after maybe 3 years. this year, filled it, put it out, and had my first tiny customer within hours. i live way far north -- was it attracted to the red and the flower, or did it fly hundreds of miles back and remember the location from last year?
