Bought this in August of 2023. Used it last year and it worked pretty good. Tried to set it up for this year and it was very leaky. Water kept dripping out of the faucet connection. Tried tightening it, replaced the gasket, but it seems I can't do anything to stop the water from leaking. Very disappointed that the product doesn't last a year. No information available to contact manufacturer about this issue on ZeeBooth or on box. Update 6/11/2024 - I was able to contact the seller (go to their ZeeBooth page and theres a link to contact them. If you cant find it, ZeeBooth chat helped me find it,) and the seller offered to replace it. I got the replacement within 5 days and so far its working as expected and not leaking. Upping my rating because the seller is responsive and honors their year warranty.

Didnt last 6 months *Update*

I waited to review this item to see if it would perform well and how long it would stay working. After properly installing the timer - in less than 6 months - the front panel has water intrusion, the led screen stopped working and the circuit board shorted out. Ive reached out to the manufacturer to get warranty information and am waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, I would not recommend this product. *Update* Manufacturer replied and offered a full refund. I appreciate their prompt response and am impressed that they stand behind their product. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for that reason.

Decent product. ...if it works.

These timers are good at what they do; provided the solenoids work and the plungers don't get stuck. I needed 4 sprinklers, so I bought 2 units last Sept. One of the units had a stuck plunger and no matter what I did, water just shot through it. So, for that project I had to use the one sprinkler manually which defeated the entire purpose of a timer. I suppose I could have bought a cap for the outlet with the stuck Solenoid, but that was more hassle than it was worth so I just tossed the unit. It wasn't even worth the hassle of a return. Fast forward to this spring and I have another project and one remaining fully functional unit. ...or so I thought. Both Solenoids in the once-working unit are now stuck in the open position and I am back to no timers. These units work great. ...until they don't. The quality control on the electro-mechanical components seems extremely sketchy. Buyer beware.
