The media could not be loaded. I recently picked up a very similar wand from ZeeBooth with the difference being the handle made of plastic. This handle is made of metal and is higher quality thus costs a bit more. Stainless steel mechanism parts are high quality. The fittings and hose barbs connect easily and do not leak like many cheap hose and wand replacements. Overall, this is an awesome wand depending on what you are using it for, particularly high volume application. Resorting to chemical warfare on my landscaping is a last resort, and use it sparingly. If I want to use it for a broad spectrum weed/grass killer, I do not want extra product running off into areas I don't intend the herbicide to go. However, this will allow a bit too much product out (see video) due to the large bore wands shaft. If I bypass the nozzle extension and stick with the tip connected directly to the valve mechanism, I will not get too much additional product coming out. But that negates having a wand where I don't have to bend down. Nevertheless, the windproof nozzle may allow me to use it with a broad spectrum killer while keeping the product concentrated to the intended area. Ill probably play it safe and stick with a targeted weed killer though. What I like: +Metal handle/valve assembly +Decent value +Various tips +Easy to assemble +Does NOT leak! That is my #1 criteria. What I do not like: -Had to cut off the loose swinging locking mechanism so it does not accidentally lock open while using. -Unknown types of seals- are they Viton seals that resist high and low PH chemicals? If so, this would be great for products like deck strippers such as potassium and sodium chloride at PH of 14, or deck lighteners such as oxalic acid at a PH of 2-4. 5 stars for car wash soap or high volume use only, and 4 stars because it is limited in my weed/grass killer needs.

I recently upgraded my pump sprayer with this wand and it was definitely a big upgrade from what I had before. This one is all stainless steel with a rubberized handles and is much more rugged than the all plastic wand I had before. The plastic ones always seem to fail after a while and end up leaking from various areas. I think this one should last a long time. I just cut the plastic hose off the end of the old wand and used one of the included brass barb adapter fittings (they provide two for different sized tubing), the bigger one fit my tubing perfectly and was leak free with the included hose clamp tightened down. The fan shaped nozzle and the 5 hole nozzle are useful extra accessories, but I could not get enough pressure in my tank to produce the large spray patterns that they show in the photos. I primarily use the regular tip with the fine stream for directing on my lawn where I need it. The handle can be locked down to keep the sprayer on without having to squeeze the lever, but in practice I found it too easy to engage the swinging clamp by mistake and found the sprayer locked on when I didn't mean it to be. Don't throw that good solid spray tank away just for a faulty want, get this and you're back in business and maybe better than before.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great replacement for my tow behind sprayer. I'd give it an extra star if I could. Metal fitting to the hose, metal handle body, metal spray wand, metal spray head. It was easy to assemble and attach to the sprayer. The failure point on my original equipment sprayers was the connection to the hose and the handle body, and this fixes both. The variable spray attachment is great and will probably be the only one I use. It gives a reasonably good mist and a great jet. I'm getting 25 feet at the longest, which is enough to get the tops of most of my pine trees. I have one tip for you. The blue green washers on the threaded parts are very squishy, like a rubber band. This means the threaded parts don't get good clamping pressure and when you move around they work loose and leak. Fix this by removing the washer and assembling the parts using a thread locker (or super glue if you're in a pinch). Works great that way. Love this. It solved a huge problem for me.

I really loved this when I first open and seen all the attachments and that it was metal. However when I went to hook it up to my hose that is when I realized there is no hose attachment! There is only a barb fitting and hose clamps meaning you have to cut off the end of your water hose to attach it. I have nice metal hoses that I got on here and I really do not want to mess them up. Very disappointed.
