It's Cyanoacrylate which is Super Glue. I don't know how much more you can say. This comes in a bottle with applicator brush and is very liquidy, so if you want a gel look for a tube. After using some a month ago, the contents are still usable and not dried out. A four pack seems like a good value for $11.
