Simply sticking these on your finger filled with nectar will not yield results, Ive tried more than I care to admit. But after seeing some advice from others, I placed these on a table and let the birds find them. Little by little sitting closer to it without putting it on makes the birds less intimated. I have not yielded the full results yet unfortunately but not a fault of the product. Strictly speaking on the product it seems well made, pretty easy to fill and put on your finger and take off. Hope to update with pics soon as the weather is getting better and better in my area.

These are so cute. I wanted to wait for summer to try and get them to feed while wearing the rings! I fill now and put near there large feeder and they go to these 2 rings first!! So cute!!

These hand held feeders are not very effective. I think they should be smaller with only 1 flower port. Most hummingbirds will fight off others to feed. Having 3 ports is unnecessary. I found it interesting that the hummers in my yard were attracted to the yellow flower. I tried holding the feeder so that the orange or the white were easiest to access. Still the hummers came to the yellow flower. Also, I think the cover is too tall making the flowers higher and therefore harder for the hummers to get to the nectar. If I fill the feeder half full, the hummers seem unable to drink unless they insert their entire beak into the feeder. The lids sort of snap on and do not seal well. If I don't hold the filled feeders parallel to the ground, the nectar leaks from the lid creating a mess. These hand held feeders could be improved to be less wasteful and easier for the hummingbirds to drink from.

Easy to fill, use and clean. If you like to feed and watch hummingbirds in your yard, you will love these finger feeders! You get to experience watching hummingbirds feed up close and personalvery enjoyable!

You're supposed to replace the food in a hummingbird feeder every 2-3 days to prevent mold growth and sickening hummingbirds. Most hummingbird feeders are like 1 quart of food, which could feed 100 hummingbirds for a month. These little guys are perfect for feeding up to about 10 hummingbirds for 3 days which is to say, still more than you'd ever probably really need. Super easy to clean and easy to strap onto a railing. And I'm not throwing out tons of extra food every few days. Hummingbirds also love them.
