The shorter width is perfect for doing stairs (why I got it) while I use my larger, wider brush for the rest of the inground pool walls and floor. The shape is also great with the rounded ends to get the edges and curves of the steps. The flat brush between the ends scrubs the tops of the step. Great addition to the arsenal of pool cleaning tools.

Using a straight brush, it used to take a long time to brush my entire pool, which honestly deterred me from doing it as regularly as I should have. This new brush makes it so much easierno more fighting to get the right angles; just brush and go. I can now brush my pool in half the time and without any stress. Maintaining a regular pool cleaning schedule is much easier, and I no longer dread brushing it.

Good gliding on the surface, brush efficient,the side brushes are awesome, as I can get into the corners and the steps inside edges with ease. Fits the standard pole. Lightweight, sturdy, easy tp use. I wish it just a bit more wider, but that's just my personal preference.

I love the bristles and the ability to get into rounded corners to scrub. This isn't something a lot of brushes will allow you to do because their ends will be sharp plastic or sometimes metal. So for the purpose of fine scrubbing, getting into corners, rounded or otherwise, this is great. The size though, it's problematic. I would not want to use this to cover any amount of notable area. Now if you are out to do that pinpoint scrubbing, great. Otherwise, just keep that size in mind. This might last a lot longer than the traditional brushes, but how long do you want to spend brushing your pool?
