Ultra-thin, it most definitely is. The plush almost doesn't exist. The brown color is nondescript. All that said, I think this mat will do what I want it to do. The 24x36 size fits nicely inside my back door, which is also my most-used door. Thin though the mat is, part of the bottom of the door rubs slightly on the mat. It's not enough to be a problem and more an issue with the door and not the rug. The door opens to a covered deck where I have a heavy-duty mat. I live in a forest. My dog and I track in vegetation and dirt; we need two mats. The non-slip bottom of the mat works fine on my pine floors. The mat arrived rolled, but it lies flat. I've not had the mat long enough to assess its durability.

I'm using this very low pile rug on the floor of my screened in porch, that leads indoors via sliding door threshold. Works great for significantly decreasing tracking indoors. the sand/dirt/wet shoe (foot) prints. First time I used it, I wasn't home (porch windows were open) and it rained in onto the (water proof) porch floor. The rug was soaked with rain water when I got home. This rug still cleaned the bottom of my shoes, but a soles of shoes a bit damp still. (Better than dirty wet shoes stepping into the house). I found that this rug drys out relatively quickly when hung over an object with bottom side up. I have NOT tried washing or drying this rug in my washer/dryer yet (on gentle cycle of course). But I did air dry it on my hanging bike, without difficulty and relatively quickly. Love this rug, it is working out exactly how I expected it to. The brown color of rug is a close match to the brown of my indoor/outdoor vinyl faux wood flooring. This rug does not slide out of place, and it's doing its job to decrease tracking in dirt. I have not washed this rug yet, as it is new, so I don't know how it handles being washed yet. Glad I ordered it.

I recently purchased the Door mat Low pile in dark grey, and while it has some positive aspects, there are a few drawbacks that I've encountered. The ultra-thin design (0.1 inch) is convenient for placing it in front of doors without causing obstruction, and the non-slip feature is effective at keeping it in place. However, the material of the mat, which feels like felt, is quite flimsy and tends to get bunched up under the door easily. I wish it were made of a sturdier material to prevent this issue. Additionally, while the mat does a great job of trapping dirt and debris from shoes, it also gets excessively dirty and requires frequent cleaning, even if swept multiple times a day. Overall, the Door mat Low pile serves its purpose in keeping dirt out of the house, but the material could be improved to prevent bunching and make cleaning easier. It's a decent mat, but there are aspects that could be better.

This doormat is exactly as described! It's ultra thin and low pile, so it's easy to clean and doesn't get in the way of our door. The rubber grips on the backside work well, and we haven't had any issues with it sliding around on our floor. It is small in size, but we got it for that reason, so that wasn't unexpected. It's been working great for us!

As you can see from the pictures, this rug is in front of a sliding glass door to a deck. The deck collects all kinds of little leaves and birdseed shells and other outdoor treasures. The rug I had previous to this one did not remove much of anything from our shoes. This rug, on the other hand, works not only when you run your shoes or feet over it but also when you stomp your feet. My grandchildren love to stomp their feet, so it works just fine. This rug is very soft and very thin and does not slide , which is very important to me and my elderly husband. It is gray but picks up the Wedgwood/Country Blue of our deck and kitchen furniture. I think it would fit in nicely with most flooring and decor. I love that it is machine washable. It is also quite lightweight, which is very helpful. I recommend this rug without condition or pause.
