Thread Tap: Straight flute design, downward chip removal. Process through holes in maintenance and repair work. For tapping aluminum, die steel, stainless steel, bronze, hard plastics etc.. Use with tapping oil to get higher quality threads and more durable taps.
Round Die: The round die features good abrasion resistance. Used with die wrench (not included). The fastening screws in the middle of the wrench should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge.
2.5mm Drill Bit: Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. M35 cobalt high speed steel tool features high hardness (HRC65-66) and high red hardness, high wear resistance. Specially used for drilling stainless steel.
Tips: Recommended feed rate: general steel: 6-15m/min; harder steel: 5-10m/min; stainless steel: 2-7m/min; cast iron: 8-10m/min. The torque caused by too fast feed speed is too large, which can easily cause the tap to break.
