I got these to use with my canopy when I do my pop-ups. Since I dont have sand and dont want to use dirt I use 2ltr. soda bottles and they work just as good. I dont have to worry anymore about my canopy being blown away or someone accidentally knocking into it and moving it away. Im glad I got these. They work really well and when the hot weather gets here Im going to be using these to hold the canopy down at the beach.
I ordered these for the stability, to place rocks inside so that I can put on my outdoor patio furniture. Easy to use, open the pouch, with versatility of content, place rocks or sand to create a weight. Nice color and the appearance isn't bad. The quality of the bags are great for the price. When not in use, stores flat for convenience.
These are made of a very heavy-duty fabric with a tight weave that looks pretty indestructible. The openings at the top are made all the way across each side to make filling them easier. No need for a funnel. the hook & loop straps are wide enough to hold them in place through even the strongest winds. They wrap easily around the frame and hold in place well. The dark blue color is bright enough to be seen to avoid a tripping hazard. The size makes them heavy enough to act as an anchor while still being light enough to pick up and carry.
I do so many events where the day turns from a perfectly calm day to crazy wind in moments. I've been using burlap sacks full of fishing weights but they look tacky. These won't distract people from the beauty of the backdrops and balloon stands so they can get a great photo for the event. The bags have dual pockets to make it easier to fill them and there's two velcro straps on the insides of the bags to make them stay put on the legs of my stands. I'll be using more of these well made, classy weight bags.
