My first one was damaged. Before sending back to ZeeBooth I reached out to their customer support. Sunny, their support member was very helpful, sent us a new unit, which works perfectly. This device is a real time and effort saver wirh hydroponics. We also learned that our RO water was slightly acidic. A nice feature of this brand is that they include packets of buffer powders which when mixed with distilled water become calibration test standards. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Not accurate but consistent.

Meter does not match the ph when we have our water tested at the local water lab. But it is consistent so by knowing just how much it is off (0.3) we have a very good idea of where we are with the ph. It's very usable.

Works as expected, easy to use

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up and use. It was a little annoying getting all the powder to dissolve for the 4.0/7.0/10.0 solution tests, but easy to calibrate after that, and has been working great ever since. The display light turns off a little more quickly than I'd like, but that's a minor inconvenience at best. I appreciate that it gives me pH and temperature.

Works great and the calibration works as well. I bought another ph reader from a different company that was complete junk. This one is accurate as I tested it against PH paper, the calibration test and another thermometer. Was indeed accurate. Not bulky and can fit easily in my kitchen drawer. I am using it to pretest canned goods before processing.
