What is seasonal affective disorder and how can we cope with it?

This is known as "reverse SAD" or "summer-onset depression," and it is characterized by symptoms such as loss of appetite, trouble sleeping, and irritability.

The reasons why some people experience SAD in the spring and summer months are not entirely clear, but it may be related to changes in sunlight exposure, temperature, and humidity. For some individuals, the longer days and increased exposure to sunlight can disrupt their sleep patterns and lead to feelings of agitation or anxiety.
